SEDER GUESTS

  1.  $ 125 if reservation & payment are made no later than 7 days before the 1st Seder.
  2.  $   30 additional fee if you require a separate table because of the additional guests.
  3.  $ 150 if reservation & payment are received closer than 7 days before the 1st Seder.

GUEST MEALS

  1.  $   25 Tea Room
  2.  $   50 Lunch.
  3.  $ 100 Dinner & evening entertainment

ROOM REQUIREMENTS

DINING ROOM REQUIREMENTS
Please review the list below to see if you need to add information to your reservation:

  1. Diet Restrictions?
  2. Food Allergies?
  3. Type of Seder: 
    A. Community Seder
    B. Semi-Privte Seder
    C. Private Seder - $ 250 per Seder
  4. Please note that you may have 1 type of Seder one night & another type the 2nd night.
  5. If you are in the Community Seder, do you need to sit close to the Rabbi’s table?
  6. Please advise:
    A. If your Seder will take less than an hour from 1st washing to 2nd washing.
    B. If you plan for your Seder to continue beyond midnight.
    C. Do you need to sit in a corner?
    D. Do you need to sit near an exit door?
    E. Do you need a high chair at your table?

PASSOVER RESORTS OFFICE SCHEDULE

  1.  Our office closes 5 days before the program begins.
  2.  We try to check our e-mail frequently during these 5 days & during Chol Hamoed  
  3.  We do NOT retrieve messages from our answering machines during these 5 days or
     during Chol Hamoed. Please call the resort instead of our office.

HOW TO REACH US AT THE PASSOVER PROGRAM

  1. We ask that you call the resort instead of trying to contact us on our cell phones.
    We are so busy contacting purveyors, employees, shipping companies, etc., that
    our phones frequently 'die.'
  2. Ask the front desk to connect you to the Passover Program Director.
  3. If no one answers leave a message on the phone &/or return to the front desk & leave a message with them. Indicate if it is a time sensitive message.
  4. If we do not return your call within 1 hour, please call again. We will call you back.
